This was my first time using the service. Everything in our order was correct. My only issue was that we were told that a garment bag would be delivered prior to pickup and we have not received one.

Customer service is excellent. Staff always bubbly and courteous. I've been utilizing this facility for over 15 years and cannot recall a time that I felt that I didn't receive excellent customer service.

Great service! Love the home delivery/pick up option! Very convenient. The lady who always answers the phone is very polite and helpful and friendly! Awesome company!

Always does a great job & staff is great. Did notice on the receipt it gave us 25% off and the coupon I gave was 30% from the back of the H-E-B receipt.

We don't have laundry pick ups on a regular basis; nonetheless, the van comes by faithfully at approximately the same time once a week to check. I really like this feature: Knowing the schedule reminds me to be aware that I may have items for dry cleaning or laundry. On my own, I often forget to take things to the laundry/dry cleaners until I suddenly realize I need it now. Thanks.
