The customer service is great as usual, however the end result is not. Although you do put 2 shirts to a plastic bag, the shirts are wrinkled when I pick them up. I don't mind a small wrinkle here and ther but t have to iron the shirt before I wear it the front of the shirt pocket side and the other side are wrinkled, the back is also wrinkled. I believe they get wrinkled when they are packed in the hanging motorized tail.
