I brought in my king size down comforter for cleaning and the results were amazing as well as the price!! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and professional.
Well all good experiences don’t start that way! I had a Cuban Style shirt of mine get damaged in the cleaning process and I was greatly disappointed. However the manager Rae Richardson was very supportive and empathetic through the claim process. Because of her; I will continue to be a loyal customer. I’ve never had any past negative experiences and always good, prompt, courteous service!
I appreciate the individuals that work at the store I visit. They are always helpful & polite! When anything is incorrect they make it right!
Great Pick up and drop off. Everything great but : To many twist ties, and hate the pinned tags on the shirts.
