Person at the reception desk was very kind and interested in giving me just the correct information. And the dry cleaning itself was flawless. They returned my curtains ready to be put back up ..... good as new.
Fast, friendly service
For the most part alright. But, at least 50% of my starched shirts are coming back with pressed wrinkles in the right side collar. Some are very bad. So bad I can't wear them. I have to iron them out. I have brought this to the attention of the store manager Rae at the Bulverde/Loop 1604 location. She tells me it is from transport. It obviously isn't because it is easily seen the wrinkles are pressed in. Another customer at the location told the manager and I that his shirts come that way also. Quick & great customer service
I had my good tablecloth cleaned and pressed after Christmas. The job was ahead of time, and I was notified by email when it was ready for pickup. The tablecloth was clean and the staff was professional and friendly.
Rico was attentive, courteous, and efficient - could not have had a better experience.
