I had a one day cleaning. When I went to pick up at end of day, it was not there. Unfortunately I had to leave town the next morning at 6 am for a funeral and could not wait. Hence the one day service. Amanda was wonderful! She called all locations, she called the area Manger. She called the driver, finally located my cleaning that had not even left the plant, organized with her area Manger and the driver to have it delivered to the store After hours, by now.
