Friendly staff.
Service was great! Clerk was very personable, professional and had a nice smile. However, when we initially started our account, we were told that our clothes may be ready by Friday but we will be officially notified via email when our clothes were ready. We never received an email that our clothes were ready for pick up. Nothing serious. It was ready when I came by on Saturday.
The lady that helped us at out last pick up was WONDERFUL. She is so kind and helpful.

In terms of customer service, I would say it can be unfriendly at times and the prices are a little too high. However, the quality of cleaning is good.
