Greeted by friendly staff. Joked around, which I really like. Clothes were ready as indicated. Will go back.
Friendly and fast service
Your service and cleaning is great, but your prices stink for laundered shirts. I’ve complained several times. I had shirts done nicely in Austin for $1.99, now $3.00 here. That’s gouging your customers and it’s all over New Braunfels, not just Comet. You NEVER run a coupon for shirts. Now THAT would be customer loyalty. Take action.

Service was fast same day, customer care was great!
The location off FM 725 in New Braunfels provides excellent customer service! This is not a complaint. I prefer all my clothes be dry cleaned except for the jeans. The jeans should be laundered. But, after picking up or delivered services, all clothing has been laundered. I prefer dry cleaning because the clothing last longer and colors do not fade as quickly.
