My experience was absolutely great! I brought my wedding dress to get dry clean and the ladies there welcome me and treated me like family. There were so happy for me. When my dress was ready I got a text message. When I got to the cleaners the ladies remembered me. They got my dress and I was pressed beautifully! I will return to get my wedding dress preserved.
The service was excellent. My items were ready the next day as promised. The workers were very professional and friendly. I am a customer for life.

Drop off was fine. The lady told us we could pick up the following Tuesday morning. Our garments were not there on Tuesday morning. I received a rigorous chewing by a Hispanic woman telling me there were no garments processed on the weekend. She would not acknowledge that I was told to come pick them up on Tuesday morning. She just kept on arguing. I asked for my pickup ticket back and she argued about that too. She and the other lady asked me if I would prepay (when they finally came back) and I responded "No". I received back a white linen woman’s top with a HOLE in it that was not there before. I shal NOT return to Comet cleaners again.
