They are very pleasant and I have never had a bad experience with Classic Cleaners. I have been to several others on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.. They are the best. You do pay a little more but you do get what you pay for.

The associate (female/reddish hair) waited on me when I picked up my duvet. She was a delight! Smiled, friendly, made sure I was OK with my cleaning. She is an asset to your company. I thought the price for cleaning was also within reason. I also enjoyed the email reminder. It actually made me laugh! (this is Ed's spouse responding)
