Extremely inviting atmosphere. Employee was polite and professional. She made a suggestion to help with wrinkles and added sizing to my dry cleaning. Answered my question concerning cleaning and storing wedding gowns
The store manager went above and beyond to get my same day cleaning needs done. Also the communication of when the order is ready is exceptional. My suits and dress shirts are done to meet high expectations.

Things were done as well as you can with Family wash, the extra $10 charge was a shock without notifying me. But I am good overall.
