Quick drop off and pick up, slacks and jacket look and smell great!
Dropped off a shirt and I told them I needed for a trip in 2 days, called me back 2 days later and told me it won't be available for pick up until the next day.

Tom, I have an issue with your last delivery. I have someone's white dress shirt by mistake. It is likely switched with one of my white dress shirts. How can we resolve this? Please advise, as the shirt I am missing is of high quality and is 17 neck 33-34 sleaves and designer.
