I love that you come and pick up. it is so wonderful from a working woman's perspective to have one less chore to do. as my first time, I am unsure of how I know when my cleaning has been brought back. I was informed from another employee @ calumet. is there certain days your return the cleaned garments? is an email sent?
1 day service accommodated my schedule nicely. Until I have a water softener installed at my house, this will be my choice for laundering needs.

Took a pair of slacks with salt stains from recent weather. Told it was not a problem to get these clean. Stains are still there. I was also overcharged the price noted for the Tuesday "special". Was told the pants were made with some material that cost more to clean; would have been nice to know when I brought the pants, not when I picked them up. These are not "special" slacks, I've gotten them cleaned at Tuckerman's with not extra fees. Unlikely I'll go back unfortunately.
HOSPITABLE SERVICE LOVE TO SEE THE DIFFERENT COUPONS SHOULD LAST LONGER.
