The ease with which we schedule the pickup and the prompt delivery and the courteous and friendly representative is very important to us along with the excellent cleaning. We have been a customer for 10 years and will continue to use the service and recommend it to others.
Here is the issue for me. My shirts are laundered and pressed nicely. Where you fail me is when you bag them. Pants with shirts, short sleeve casual with dress work shirts. you make me work too hard when I put them away. Last comment, lose the top button circular advertisement. I want to grab the shirt and put it on not fight with your advertisement. I am already your customer you don't need to remind me who does my dry cleaning and presses my shirts
