I did not have a great experience. My bill for three shirts, two short sleeve and one long sleeve was over $20. I questioned it and was told that two of the dress shirts had to be dry cleaned and the bill for each was over $8. Had I known that it was going to cost so much, I would have just washed them at home. Perfect outcome on a dress I thought I would never be able to wear because I could not get the wrinkles out!
April is excellent handling customer service and meeting all my needs.
The woman that waited on me was the manager. This was the first time I had been in and when I came back to pick up my dress, she remembered the color of my dress when I gave her my name! Super service!
