Great customer service and clean shirts! Did exactly what I asked at a great price!
I had 2 items that were recently stained. Linen curtains with dog urine, and a duvet cover with dark foundation/make up. I pointed these out when I dropped my items out, and clearly explained what the stains were and where they were located. The cost was around $140. I got my items home, and discovered the stains were still there! I was shocked, and took them back a second time, and they ended up calling me to ask if they could "launder" rather than dry clean.
