Prompt and courteous interaction on Saturday and received prompt assistance per phone conversation on Wednesday when I checked on my item. Wish I could remember the women who help me in both instances. It might help if the person's name was on the claim ticket so that they will get credit for good service.
Everyone is very nice. They go out of their way to take care of your dry cleaning needs. I highly recommend them.
I am very happy with Classic Cleaners. They have timely pickup and delivery and my clothes are done to my liking. In 6 years I have had only one incident and a tie was not delivered but with one phone call it was taken care of and they were willing to make a special delivery. Great Service!
