Always friendly and its pleasant to visit.
I had dropped off some pants to be hemmed and I was charged for the hem and dry cleaning which I did not want. I had to be a bit forceful to get the dry cleaning charge removed. The manager did comply and I only had to pay for the hemming. She was apologetic and professional. I do feel that I will have to be cautious though when I bring my next cleaning in to make sure they understand what I need done. Overall it has been a much better experience than the dry cleaners in my town which is why I drive 20 minutes out of my way.
The coat was brought in and I was told it would return the next day. I was then called the next day to let me know it would be the following day. Very considerate! The email was sent and when I picked it up I was very pleased! This was my first visit but will now be my go to cleaners! Thank you
The staff is friendly, cleaning is ready when promised. I happy with the service and am an frequent customer.
I took several shirts in that were very dirty and they came back like new. I decided to go all out and have everything in my closet cleaned. They do such a great job. Thanks Classic Cleaners!
