Friendly service at drop off and pickup, shirt perfectly cleaned and pressed, ready when promised. Overall great experience.
The work performed was great, one problem though. There was no mention of whether I wanted the shirts dry cleaned or washed, it was assumed that I wanted them dry cleaned, when all they needed were to be washed & folded. The result was the cost was way more than I anticipated. In the future you might want to ask these questions before doing the work so that your customers don't get the "surprise bill" when they are ready.
