It was great to have the rug picked up. More expensive than I thought it would be, since I didn't get an estimate before having it cleaned. I haven't put the rug down yet, so I am not sure if all odors are removed. My past rug cleaning experience was very good, though.

Awesome experience. Just moved to area. Locally owned. Got signed up with an account. Found out they are open 24 hours for drop off or for pick up (with pre-arrangement). First service of two (2) weeks of clothes was excellent. I am extremely impressed with the communication via email advising me of status of clothes and general updates from the store. I am glad I trusted my instincts and the store reviews when choosing Classic Cleaners.
