Great service, my go to dry cleaner
Rarely does customer experience completely surprise you by exceeding all expectations for service. Recently, I had this experience with Classic Cleaners at the 131st street and Hazel Dell Road location. I left for an extended business trip and forgot to pick up my cleaning prior to departure. I phoned the store and they immediately said they could help and would mail my clothing to my new location. I got my suit back in a timely manner, exactly when I was told it would be done
The store manager (African-American younger woman) is the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person imaginable. Although the quality of the cleaning is very good, the reason I take my clothes here is the customer service which is the best of any dry cleaner in the area. Keep up the great work at the Carmel location by keeping your great employees.
The good. Did an excellent job cleaning my king size comforter. The bad. Said they would email or text me when it was ready for pick up. They never did and it was ready days before i finally stopped in to see if it was done. Also, almost twice as expensive as their competition. I used them for convenience only!
On time. Reminded me when the specials are. Helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Perfect!
