excellent customer service from the local manager of this store. you should revert to your prior method of covering folded dress shirts with plastic.

more expensive than I anticipated
Loved the service . . . easy drop off, easy pickup. Prices appeared to be reasonable. I was disappointed, however, that I wasn't informed during the drop off that one of the garments could not be cleaned without sending it to another location to the tune of $60. I would hope that the agent behind the counter would be able to immediately recognize that and tell me that on the spot. It was not a big deal, though. They were kind enough to keep it in storage until the other garments were ready.
Great employees at the Carmel store on Hazel Dell. Open and friendly and always with a smile.
