Communication when I forget I have a pickups
I appreciate the communication on the status of my items. The staff is extremely friendly!
Dry cleaning and household items cleaning always excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. They stand behind their work. Although not inexpensive, I would rather pay a little more than some of their competitors and know the cleaning will be done correctly the first time.
You got ink out of a pink dress shirt pocket. Yeah!
Friendly and helpful customer service, and a good value for the price. I will use Classic again! My only suggestion for improvement is to update the web site to reflect 1-2 day turnaround on the laundry wash & fold service, it is not available for same day service as posted on the site.
