My work place is currently on lockdown due to the nature of our business and the Coronavirus situation. The driver called met me outside by my car and understood that I will need to suspend service until this crisis is over. He was great.

The dry cleaning is fine. I’m surprised an employee would tell a customer that after so many days of not picked up the garnet would be discarded.
