I do not live in your area. I was just visiting when I used your services. Services were very good but numerous times I’ve tried to unsubscribe with no success!!!
I forgot I had clothes there because I had my knee replaced right after I dropped them off. The associate called to remind me and even said she’d bring them to my car, but that wasn’t necessary. Delivery is not available where I live.
Poor pricing policies, unable to quote prices at drop off and didn’t know what discounts were available. Poorly trained staff. Will not be a returning customer.
I just started using your location in Whitestown and it will be my last. Classic cleaners is almost double the cost of any other dry cleaner I’ve used in Indianapolis. Never again, too expensive.
I dropped my purse off to be reaired along with a shoe that needed to be stretched. When I went to pick them up, I was not told that my purse could not be repaired however the guy up front said “she said she called to let you know”. I asked who she was and he replied the manager. I never received a phone call as “he” stated. Then he acted like he didn’t even care. Just wanted to get me out of there. Not very professional.
$17.50 to dry clean two pair of slacks is a joke. Won’t go back.
Let’s start with I recently moved to the area, from the Eastside, I’m a professional mgr at a large furniture store and have everything dry cleaned monthly, I was attracted to this location because it was close and the advertised on their window dress shirts for 2.80 each piece on Tuesday’s / Saturday’s. (Which is normal price I pay for shirts or pants) so I went in to give it a try that Tuesday. Uniform was clean but they didn't press it at all the pants were not pressed and the shirt was not pressed and patches were not pressed. Horrible experience
Friendly staff. The space is very clean. Clothes always come out great. Fast service.
