I loved everything about the service, but I had a suit that I think got damaged. Honestly, I can't be positive it wasn't already torn in some way, but it just made me a little apprehensive to come back.

You did a good job with the dry cleaning but, and I'm sure you've heard this before, your store stunk to high heaven when I dropped off my cleaning las t week.

I was surprised to also pay for cleaning of hemmed slacks, however, the steam or ironing on these are inadequate. Seams are added where the shouldn’t be and the inside seams are now showing through to the outer side of slacks. So I paid for hem, cleaning and pressing, but must clean to repress now. Most unusual and inconvenient. I do appreciate the new found service but not understanding the unusual ironing.
