The work performed was great, one problem though. There was no mention of whether I wanted the shirts dry cleaned or washed, it was assumed that I wanted them dry cleaned, when all they needed were to be washed & folded. The result was the cost was way more than I anticipated. In the future you might want to ask these questions before doing the work so that your customers don't get the "surprise bill" when they are ready. I don’t come in near as often as I used to when I lived in Carmel, as always top shelf, friendly experience. I did however have a bit of collision with the bottom of your entrance door. I’m not real sure exactly what happened but the door scraped across the top of my foot. It hurt like a M***F*****. This morning I noticed that my brand new Chuck Taylors are ripped 😱😰 Take a quick look at the door and I’m sure you will be able see how this could be prevented in the future
