Always great service, except one time last year when someone at plant apparently permanently lost my two pillows. Never recovered. Delivery driver Ryan super nice and reliable. Chrystal at main plant (hope still there) always very pleasant and helpful. Clothes always come back clean, fresh and nicely pressed.
My concerns were addressed in a professional manner. I was very pleased with your staff and the manager.
