This was the first time I used Classic Cleaners and was impressed with the customer service, but was shocked by all of the unexpected extra fees that were charged. I dropped several items off and was expecting a certain charge based on the items I had, but ended up with $35 in additional fees. Be sure to ask for the worst case scenario before dropping off.

I haven’t used dry cleaning much and here’s a reason why...picked up my black suit from your Clay Terrace store and paid $17. Got home and my pants slid off your provided hanger and onto the ground. The hanger had no stickum or any way for the pants to stay on it. Frustrated after paying $17 for this. Not a good value.

The pillowcases/shams I paid to have laundered and heavy starched came back wrinkled.

I was extremely pleased with Classic Cleaners. I had a jacket with two spots that two different cleaners in two different states had been unable to remove. I picked up my jacket from Classic Cleaners and the spots were gone! And the customer service was outstanding!
