Teresa was awesome--she really cared about my daughter's wedding gown. She was as pleased as I was that she was able to have such a good result. My daughter was very happy. Jackie was very knowledgeable and put me at ease at the initial visit--I was a little nervous to be leaving the gown, but everything was great!
Again, my sweaters were folded over hangers instead of being placed on foam hangers. They wrinkle when folded. I’ve asked numerous times for them not to be folded. It’s actually in my notes. I even have given a poor review previously because if this. It shouldn’t be difficult to do. I’m hoping I don’t have to switch dry cleaners. Classic cleaners is quite expensive. They should be able to easily do what I request.
They folded and hung two of my sweaters. So, they are wrinkled. I have specifically asked that this not be done with my sweaters. They should be hung in foam hangers.
