I dropped off a one piece heavy sliding door drape last week and was told to come in Wednesday. When I came back they couldn’t find it. They found it at the plant and it hadn’t been cleaned. I was told they would clean it and deliver it the next day. The next day I was called, and they said they wouldn’t clean it because they thought the backing would melt. I don't like the smell of the clothes
I brought my wool coat in for pocket repairs - both ripped within 1 week - that cost me $30? - it looks like a single row of stitching was put in.
The employees are the nicest, professional people I have come across in the service industry lately. Very happy to take my business there!
2slacks 2jackets dry cleaning, and one slack needed alterations. I went to pick them up after about a week, received cleaned garments but the slack was not fixed. It had to be done so I resent it but now have to wait another how many days? First visit turned out as disappointment. Simple request, instructions failed.
Service was excellent!
All went well. Employees very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Will return in the future.
