My living room drapes were damaged in your cleaning process. I was told to bring in my receipt for purchasing new drapes, which i did, but havent heard anything back about when i will receive compensation .

Terrible business practices by Classic Cleaners. There is always some type of hidden extra up charge that is only mentioned when you pick up your items. Coupons are sent to your email or advertised in the store but it’s a trick to get you in. When you try to use it, the staff provide some type of excuse that it’s expired (when it’s still advertised on a poster at the front window of the store) or they it’s only good on a certain day, or it doesn’t apply to the item that you’ve brought into the store. I brought 5 pieces of clothing into the store and specifically asked about the 5 for 5 special; in which the lady behind the desk confirmed that special would be applied. To my surprise when I received message to pick up clothes the total was more than $30. An explanation of why it was not $5 as opposed to $30 was too late at that point since I made sure to clarify and confirm when I dropped off.

Overcharged me in five shirts, Saturday special advertised is $2.80 shirt. Also very confused on dry cleaning charge for my wife’s dress. 20% discount was supposed to be extended?

When I picked up my shirts I think I was over charged for my them. I don’t think my coupon for 20% was applied. I paid $2.85 for my dress shirts and approximately $10 for my casual silk shirt. When I ask about the 20% discount at pick up time I feel like I was, for lack of a better word, hustled and my question was not answered. I was in a hurry and there people waiting behind me so I just accepted the answer and paid. If I do choose to come back I will be more assertive in getting my questions answered. I had a $5 off coupon and it wasn’t honored because I didn’t present it at the time of drop off. 🤨 What a ridiculous rule. Makes sense to give a coupon when you exchange money.
