The overcoat shell had many spots over 6 years of wear. They're gone. CC person helping me was conscientious and courteous. Was finished when it was supposed to be.

I paid to have my clothes cleaned, not for you to alter them by placing a very hard to remove barcode on the inside.
ALTERATIONS ARE HORRIBLE! First time I've used them do alterations, in the past I've always been happy with their cleaning and pressing. First, I was originally quoted a price of $10 per pair of pants to let hem out 1 inch per 3 pair of slacks. Second, I told counter staff if they could not hem them where a prior hem lined could be seen, then DO NOT hem them. She appeared to understand the request as I mentioned it to her TWICE. needed to replace missing 1”x1” boot heel cap on one boot. Sent. Both boots. I guess in order to make it look even they replaced on both boots however I tbought $26 for both ( $13 per boot ) was a bit pricey. Have used other shoe repair places and they were a lot more reasonable. Will continue use your laundry/dry cleaning but am done with your shoe repair service. Thks.
