Unfortunately my lab coat did not come back to me as expected. I can get it whiter than your cleaners did and the ironing and starch was not crisp nor did it have nice creases.

I brought in a business shirt with an olive oil stain on it and a golf shirt with grease stains on it. They had to be redone because the stains were not gone. After they were redone the stains were still there. I spent money on shirts that cannot be worn. I haven't been to Classic Cleaners for over a year because I was dissatisfied. I decided to try again. I am sorry I did. I doubt if I will be back. I found another dry cleaners that does a much better job. I should have stayed with them. I will be going back to them... read more

The positive environment, as well as the quality of work was great. However I do believe that you are overpricing yourself beyond your competition in regards to dress slacks. If the price for slacks was 4 dollars, as opposed to 7 I would be more inclined to utilize your services on a more weekly basis. Furthermore I fully believe you should offer a military and veteran discount to your customers.
