City continues to offer outstanding service. We switched from another cleaner who claimed to be 'very particular' with their cleaning, but often tore shirt sleeves, used mis-matched buttons, and even lost an imported linen tablecloth. Since switching to City two years ago, we've never had a problem. Using surveys like this, it is obvious they continually want to monitor and improve their service. It's a pleasure doing business with them...they really care.

City Cleaners always does such a great job on my family's dry cleaning services. The team, especially Bonnie, are so friendly and helpful. The services always have a quick turnaround and are cleaned to my preference.
This is the best cleaners in Ohio!!!! The actual dry cleaning service is remarkable but the staff puts everything over the top. Bonnie is the best store manager they have ever had. And they have all been good, so that speaks volumes. I live in the Cleveland area and go all the way to Fairlawn for my cleaning. That too speaks volumes.
