Service is good. The young lady that waited on me, was very pleasant, informative, polite, a real professional. I am not related. The price a little too high.
Love how I am greeded. The staff makes an effort to remember my name. I have tried other cleaners around Akron, for sure this is the best one. My suits and shirts are always impecable.

Came by and picked up as expected. Clothes perfectky cleaned as promised. Returned to us when promised. Excellent service, customer focus, and communication. The next level will be price transparency in the industry (like Progressive Insurance) where folks can see what they WOULD HAVE paid if they went to a competitor.
