Dropped off Monday went to pick up today was told I didn't have anything to pick up. They were very rude to me told me to come back Monday to talk to the manager or I could call Akron.. after a brief conversation with them they called Akron and found my stuff. Unbelievable I even showed them the text I got to pick up items.

My experience with city cleaners! I first started by reading the reviews on google. The reviews led to my decision to give City Cleaners a try. Big mistake!! If you are into designer clothing avoid thus Business. City Cleaners Machine Washed and Dried my Items. I personally own a washer and dryer if I wanted my Clothes washed and dried why would I pay for dry cleaning. You were new to our area, so we thought we would try you out. Your prices are higher than any other cleaners around. We had 8 shirts cleaned and it was $62.00....our fault for not asking first. However, we will never use you again. We would have paid $25.00 at the most at our usual cleaners. NOT recommended.
