The curtains look great but they were placed on the wrong person’s account. At first I was told they weren’t back yet but I showed the clerk the text I had received they were ready. She looked through everything in the store and we found them. I am glad I persisted in looking for them.
One of your competitors is doing my dress shirts for $2.03 per shirt which includes tax. They also have free pick up and delivery. You were charging me approx. $3.20/shirt. I have 20 shirts per month cleaned. That's a big difference on an annual basis.
Now that I’m retired I don’t have s half dozen suits for City to do, but I do sing with a performing chorale wearing a tux & pleated white shirt. City always does a 1st rate job of cleaning & pressing both & having them ready at the promised time
Your services are the best in the area. Your pricing and marketing is not. I used your offer of $25 free dry cleaning (to entice me to come back) but you should allow the full value of the $25 (base off of coupon pricing)and not base it off list pricing. This makes your practices suspect. Your coupons are inconsistent and not timely.
I used your facility once and found it so expensive I thought would not try again. I found a 25 percent coupon in a flyer so I took 9 pieces in to be dry cleaned. I thought it strange that I was not given a claim check with balance due but the clerk said balance would be given at pick up. At pick up the clerk gave me my total and I was so shocked at the outrageous price I reminded her that she needed to apply my 25 percent coupon. She said the discount was already applied! I was furious, paid the bill and left NEVER to retu... read more
Lady spent 10 minutes looking for labels of why she couldn’t do the three items that I brought for my $25 off cleaning kept reviewing the labels never has done this any of my last 30 visits kept trying to find a reason that she wouldn’t be able to clean the clothes and a simple dress was 1495 which I thought was too high@14.95
I brought eight items into the merchant Square store to be laundered. I’m going to assume that the clerk misunderstood me, because when I went back to pick up my eight items I was charged $71. My T-shirts were on my hangers and had been pressed and treated like a fine piece of clothing. I asked the clerk to please check all the labels as some were not to be dried in the dryer but home to dry and a couple of them needed to be turned inside out and no softener. I’m on Social Security, I can not afford $71.00...I am very, ve... read more
Told me initially that I"d get a discounted rate for the discount coupon I had and later when the clothes were dry cleaned, they were not ready to honor the coupon ... I had to struggle to get the price slash ... not very good customer service 😲
