The price was ridiculously high and the hemming was all crooked. For $20 to hem a pair of shorts they should have looked perfect.

Had 2 jackets to be cleaned. One was fine. The other I had asked particular attention be made on the inside liner that had dog hair and sweater balls especially since I was donated the jacket to a friend. When picked up, the jacket liner did not look like anything had been done to it. I showed to the clerk and she said they would make it right. I am currently waiting to pick up the jacket.
I always bring my husband work clothes but for some reason they were not clean. I had one pair that had a stain on them when I got them back the same stain was on them my husband immediately got a wet towel and wiped them and the stain was gone. I feel like they just pressed his pants without cleaning his pants

You all are very over priced. Wasn’t made aware how much it was going to be when I dropped the clothes off.
Horrible first experience here. Had my clothes for 5 days and then was told they only accepted checks because the register was down. Don’t know in what world every person carries checks in anymore. The lady Pam was rude to my husband about it and talked down to him. I called the next day and asked if their machine was working today so I could come get our clothes they’ve had for 5 days now and on the phone Pam started talking over me and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. I was a first time customer and was disappointed with my experience with champion Cleaners greystone. I dropped off my items in two reusable bags for the wash-dry-fold service. When I went to pick up my laundered items they were in a champion cleaners back, which is fine, but my original reusable bags were “no where to be found” or “might have been thrown away” I am disappointed that my bags were not accounted for or that I wasn’t told to take my original bags back with me after drop off.
