The gentleman that was there when I dropped off my clothes was very courteous. He explained about the process of trying to clean the two coats I was bringing in. They had some mildew on them and I wasn’t sure it could be removed.

I had a problem with my shirts containing too much starch, but the management at Calera took the necessary steps to correct the problem. I am convinced they care about customer service and I appreciate their attention to solving my concerns.
