I drop off and pick up. Always prompt with drop off. Always get a text telling me my clothes are ready and they are always ready and promptly delivered when I pick them up.

The bedspread I brought in for cleaning had been in storage for several years. When I put it on my bed, it looked old and tired. A friend suggested I have it cleaned before I gave up on it.
