Great Service-ALWAYS The real test is if a problem occurs. I had purchased a Cashmere sweater that I wore once, had it dry cleaned unfortunately was washed instead of dry cleaned and it shrunk down multiple sizes. You tried to correct but that did not work. So I provided the receipt, and I received full reimbursement. You have a client forever as a result of how I was treated!
