In November 2002, David and Sherry Whitehurst opened the first location of Champion Cleaners on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Since then they have grown to three additional locations including Greystone on Highway 280, Calera and Crestline in Mountain Brook. In 2017, David & Sherry’s son, Mark, joined the business and assumed responsibilities as General Manager of Champion Cleaners.

Champion has improved my life! During covid, the pick up and delivery are a big help. They also wash or dry clean quilts and blankets with excellence. I like the heavy plastic sacks they return them in and will store them in those. They are a reliable local business*

Had a tablecloth cleaned. It was very large. I store it on a long “pole” roller that drapery material comes on so there are no creases. Champion was able to clean the tablecloth and roll it on the special rod. It makes it so easy to put on the table when I am ready to use it. The service was prompt as always.
