24 dollars for the dry cleaning bill of exactly one suit jacket and one pair of suitpants. Go fuck yourself sideways with those prices lmaooo
I picked up my shirts 2 weeks ago and left a quilt to be cleaned. They told me it would take 2-3 days (totally fine). I went today to pick up quilt. They had lost it and had to go through a bin of clothes to find it, finally. Also, there was 1 shirt that was ready today (should have been in the group 2 weeks ago), PLUS the charge rate per shirt is twice why I pay to my previous cleaners. Bad service, Bad price.

Please ask your driver to ring my doorbell when returning laundry. On Thursday, June 10, 2021, he left some items on the doorknob and some on the ground in my vestibule. Had I not gone out to check my mail, I would not have known my laundry was there and it might have gotten soaked in the rain that came in the evening. Quality of work good but no one wore masks. A person came in and they had a mask but the man behind the counter didn’t nor did anyone else in the store. Consequently I will not go back.
As a so-called "wedding gown specialist", I expected better quality service, but I was highly disappointed. I took my dress in for a simple cleaning. When I picked it up, I noted that the broach had been removed, then replaced and misaligned. It was also missing jewels. The dress was still dirty, but now with new scuff marks on the train.
