Removing stains and calling us to let us know the pickup time was delayed was very helpful. Since it was Christmas Eve, it made our day a little less hectic. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Champion on Rocky Ridge since David and Sherry opened - decades ago. The finished products are ALWAYS in good shape - very seldom have I found any problems - and - if I did - they were handled immediately. They have hired, trained, and retained some very good customer service representatives, also. One, in particular, I would like to point out is Cindy - Cindy has also been at the flagship store for decades and she always does a tremendous job in customer service - always exceeding my expectation... read more
