I find the service good but i am using your services limited from purely an expense side. I find Carousel getting outrageously expensive.

On one of my previous visits, I forgot I had lost a button on the rear pocket on a pair of pants. To my surprise and without prompting, Carousel sewed another back on! It was a really nice surprise when I discovered it at home. It's detailed (and friendly) service like this which keeps me coming back. 10/10, would only recommend Carousel!
