Very helpful staff! Open a drop off in Squamish or Whistler! In Australia and New Zealand, they have “deputized” a business as the drop off and pick up place...a pharmacy, a yarn shop, etc.

I had a silk scarf, made in Italy, dry cleaned but a stain was not removed. The scarves that I take to Carousel have always turned out beautifuly but this one looked limp and not the same. I was asked if I wanted to send it back to try again to remove the stain but I was scared that it might turn out worse. A bit dissapointed. I have always trusted my Hermes scarves to Cam and Carousel. They always turn out beautiful.

They couldn’t dry clean my dress because of some stones on the sleeves. I am glad they made me aware it could damage the silk dress during dry cleaning. I am having the stones removed and I will take my dress back to Carrossel to dry clean. Thank you

Great experience, the girls are all lovely the seamstress is so sweet. Picked up my clothes that I had altered and was going to drop off a jumper that needed a 2 minute sew job she just did it right there for me and even ironed them for me, was so happy. Will definitely go back!
