Even though there was a small misunderstanding on my pickup that i called in, the manager came personally out to get my laundry and it was returned on my regularly expected day! Great follow up! Best pressed shirts on the north shore!
Always friendly and give great advice...
As usual, service is very friendly and very professional.
Well done with both the Mgr. MS Purcell on my 1st visit to Drop off my table linen and staff in on Tues. this week who I talked to when I picked up my tablecloth, it looks perfect. MReid
Very satisfied with dry cleaning as well as repair of my sweater. Staff efficient and cheerful!
I find the service good but i am using your services limited from purely an expense side. I find Carousel getting outrageously expensive.
helpful, friendly, prompt! I received excellent service from Carousel. They took my down coat with a large oily stain and returned to me a beautifully cleaned coat i can use for years! All my dry cleaning with come to you. - Anne
