I took in my favourite white jacket to be dry cleaned, not knowing it couldn't be dry cleaned or even bleached (I didn't check the labels). The representative at Carousel Cleaners was super honest and helpful from the start, she said she would wait to check with someone else to see what they could do and then called me to let me know the option which was soaking in a non-bleach whitener of some kind. The service is ALWAYS amazing and fast; and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly every time I go in. Also parking is so convenient! Having been born and raised on the North Shore I love that it has remained a family business, I wouldn’t take my cleaning anywhere else!
