Always keen attention to detail. On drop off, i'm asked if there are particular areas that need focus, and I've never been disappointed by the cleaning result. Ready-times are always reasonable for a business this busy, and, more often than not, items are finished before (and, sometimes, well before) initial quoted date.
Always a good experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent dry cleaning. Items are returned beautifully cleaned and pressed and special requests have always been addressed. Thanks for your fine work!!
The newly cleaned drapes looks beautiful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when I picked them up, I was only given one panel by mistake, not two; however, they did deliver the other panel to my home later in the day.

Mila is a fabulous seamstress! And front desk always friendly and efficient.
I was more than suprised with the great customer service we received with something as routine as drycleaning a suit. We are staying here from out of town. Dropped off my suit and shirt. Didnt realize i didnt even cufflinks with me and collar stays. I would have been a mess for this wedding if it wasnt for this thoughtful service. Thanks guys!!!!
