The cleaning of my North Face coat was beyond my expectations. I've owed the coat for 15 years and having it professionally cleaned was my last hope. You've given back my coat. I know longer feel self-conscious about wearing it in public. It looks new. I wished I could send a photo. Awesome job with the cleaning. However the delivery fellow has changed from hanging my cleaned order from the mailbox to the expensive front door handle. Not only is there potential damage. I cannot open the front door. There are two chairs for them to lay the cleaning over. Thanks Potentiall
